i just gone tasted some of that cider, and mann its been there like 4 days now and its allready pretty much cider.
not sure what the alcohol percentage is just yet, but my tester is on order, jobs a good 'un

i'm clueless as to wether its gonna come out as fizzy cider or flat,
anyone got a clue if i gotta fizzy it up in 'Ye oldé sodastream?'

brewing my own cider!

so i've heard online that you can make your own cider from storebought apple juice, so i swiftly went down to ye olde store and picked up some supplies!

 got myself some 2l of apple juice and some mother flipping yeasts.

mix it all up and leave it for a fornight apparently, i'll let you know how it goes i suppose!
